Customer Service Policies
Eden’s delivery service is available to adult customers 19+ with valid addresses located in the following cities:
- Vancouver, BC
- Winnipeg, MB
Navigate to the applicable shop page on our website and enter your address on the checkout page to verify if we deliver to your area. Orders placed through our Vancouver store will be delivered by Eden employees. Orders placed through our Winnipeg store will be delivered by Pineapple Express.
At this time we are unable to deliver or ship to any other addresses.
To modify or cancel an online order placed via the Eden website, please call the location where you placed your order during the store’s business hours. Please note that we are unable to modify or cancel orders that have already been processed.
A cannabis product can only be returned if it’s defective or recalled. All sales are considered final with the exception of the following two conditions:
- Defective Products
- Recalled Products
If the product has been found to be defective or recalled you may be eligible for a refund at the original location of purchase with the following (returns for defective products must be completed within 7 days of the original purchase):
- Original Receipt
- The Product in its Original Packaging
Non-cannabis products and accessories may be returned within 14 days. You must have the original receipt to be eligible for a refund. The product must be unopened and in its original packaging. Food products are final sale.
